Shipping
All [QR] rack systems will be boxed, palletized, and shipped via LTL freight. Upon arrival at terminal you’ll receive a notification to set up your final delivery appointment.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, original outbound freight, return freight, and liability to any damaged product upon return. Return amount is also subject to product being received in its original condition including all packaging, pallet(s), mounting hardware, and rack systems.
